  • 730 North 40th Street - Owner:  Eugene Naydovich - August 24, 2023 withdraw their ZBA application for a review

 

2020 - Zoning Variance Cases


  • 4028 Westminster Avenue - Owner:  SFIG LLC (German Yakubov) - August 13, 2020 - 2nd Request made to convert Single Family Dwelling into a (3) Unit Multi-Family Dwelling - Zoom Meeting - (2) Participating RCO's (BACA RCO and WBCA RCO), (11) Attendee's (10) Were in Favor (1) Opposed - Passed by the Majority Vote based on the revised plans.

Recommendations: The residents asked German Yakubov, Developer to rethink the building schematics by having four (4) units as they were opposed to six (6) units in this RM-1 – 1,446 square ft lot which needs 2,400 square ft allowable for a six unit building, which was not met. The attendee’s stated that they agreed to the demolition of the rear garage plus adding  7.7/8” to the roof area to add a mechanical unit with stair access this area but not for the resident use. The developer was asked to rethink his plans and he was invited to come back with a revision draft suitable for comfortable living.


2019 - ZONING VARIANCES CASES 


  • 4112 - 4128 Lancaster Avenue - Owner: Lancaster 41:  Estelle B Richmond Place (Guy Laren) - April 25, 2019 - Request to convert Commercial properties into (36) Commercial / Multi-family units.  The current status is CMX-2 without living quarters above the units.  Passed by the Majority Vote


  • 4077 - 83 Lancaster Avenue - Owner (Hong Da Development LLC) - Community Design Review Case heard by the affected RCO's.  The Case was pulled by the applicant (Application Withdrawn)
