Due to the "Social Distancing Order" we have taken precautions by limiting how the BACA Diaper Bank Staff provides you quality service during the COVID-19 Pandemic.  If you have been displaced from employment - let us assist YOU.  After your request form is received you will gain a call from our staff to let you know when you can pick up your donation.  "YOU MUST WEAR A MASK UPON ARRIVAL"...

We are taking On-line Emergency Diaper Request  - See the Diaper Support Request Form Link below -

Fill out the form - Save it to your document file (name it - BACA Diaper Request Form) also snap a picture of your PA State Photo ID, Proof of Household Income/s and the baby's Birth Certificate then Email all of those items as an attachment to:

Community Engagement and Zoning Issues...

The BACA RCO Committee  Meetings are held on the 04th Thursday of the month starting at 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm. 


Meeting will be held in the Sarah Allen - Community Room located at 4035 Parrish Street (Enter off of Parrish Street).

Community Updates

The organizers of Community Leadership Collaborative have created a group as a spinoff othe Holly Street Neighbors Association.  The CLC is a group of Non-profit Organizations, Agencies, Retail Owners, Political Leaders, and Law Enforcement whom have joined forces to help elimate the open-air drug trade and gun Violence within the Belmont Community.

Community Updates

BACA teamed up with PEC's Cass Green to start a Pop-up Cup Board in the Sarah Allen Senior Homes.  The residents gain fresh fruits and vegetable everyother week. Shown
